This is me filming my carer, Laura, throwing the ball with a “flacker’ whacker’” as I like to call them. We’re up on the Hastings Country Park, which stretches for 5 miles from, Fairlight to Hastings, this is known locally as the Firehills. Oh’ and it was Foggy as well.
