vitamin routine and I'm slowly converting them to an all pellet diet (with snacks weekly of course). If you have cockatiels I suggest you do the same. wow ha ha my Parakeet cage is bigger than that I just got a new cage 5 feet tall and 6 feet wide ha ha its huge! and I only have one parakeet
